الحساب ومسؤوليات المستخدم
أنت مسؤول عن:
- دقة البيانات التي تقدّمها (الاسم، الهوية، الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني).
- الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وحسابك.
- جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
- الالتزام بجميع الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- أن تكون بالغاً (18 عاماً فأكثر) قادراً على إبرام عقود ملزمة.
الحجز والدفع
- الأسعار المعروضة شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%) وفق أنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك.
- تُضاف رسوم خدمة على الحجوزات اليومية كما هو موضّح في ملخّص الدفع قبل الإتمام.
- يُحتسب المبلغ النهائي وتُصدَر الفاتورة عبر التطبيق عند تأكيد الحجز.
- أنت مسؤول عن سداد الرسوم وأي مصاريف إضافية تختارها.
- يجب أن يكون عدد الضيوف ضمن السعة القصوى المعلنة للشاليه.
سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد
تخضع كل عملية حجز لسياسة الإلغاء التي يحدّدها مالك الشاليه، وتظهر لك قبل الدفع:
- مرنة: إلغاء مجاني مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ.
- معتدلة: تُخصم رسوم إلغاء بنسبة 50% من المبلغ المدفوع.
- صارمة: الحجز غير قابل للاسترداد بعد التأكيد.
تُعالَج طلبات الاسترداد المستحقة عبر التطبيق، وقد تستغرق عدة أيام عمل حتى تصل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
مسؤولية المالك والترخيص
- مالكو الشاليهات مسؤولون عن دقة بيانات إعلاناتهم وصورها وأسعارها وتوفّرها.
- يلتزم المالك بالحصول على التراخيص النظامية اللازمة لتشغيل مرافق الضيافة وفق متطلبات وزارة السياحة والجهات المختصة.
- شاليه ستيشن منصّة وسيطة تربط الضيوف بالملّاك، ولا تملك الشاليهات المعروضة.
الأمور الممنوعة
- نسخ التطبيق أو اختراقه أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به.
- الإساءة إلى المستخدمين الآخرين أو التحرّش بهم.
- نشر محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء.
- استخدام روبوتات أو أتمتة غير مصرّح بها.
حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. لا تتحمّل شاليه ستيشن مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة، أو النزاعات بين الضيف والمالك، أو أي خسائر ناتجة عن سوء استخدام الخدمة.
التعديلات على الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.

Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you provide (name, national ID, mobile number, email address).
- Keeping your password and your account confidential.
- All activity that takes place through your account.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Being an adult (18 years of age or older) with the capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Booking and Payment
- Displayed prices are inclusive of value added tax (15%) in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
- A service fee is added to nightly bookings, as shown in the payment summary before you complete it.
- The final amount is calculated and the invoice is issued through the app once the booking is confirmed.
- You are responsible for paying the fees and any additional charges you select.
- The number of guests must be within the maximum capacity stated for the chalet.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Every booking is subject to the cancellation policy set by the chalet owner, which is shown to you before payment:
- Flexible: free cancellation with a full refund.
- Moderate: a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid is deducted.
- Strict: the booking is non-refundable after confirmation.
Eligible refund requests are processed through the app, and may take several business days to reach your original payment method.
Owner Responsibility and Licensing
- Chalet owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, photos, prices and availability.
- The owner undertakes to obtain the statutory licences required to operate hospitality facilities in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Tourism and the competent authorities.
- ChaletStation is an intermediary platform that connects guests with owners, and does not own the chalets listed on it.
Prohibited Conduct
- Copying or hacking the app, or attempting unauthorised access.
- Abusing or harassing other users.
- Publishing unlawful or offensive content.
- Using unauthorised bots or automation.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. ChaletStation is not liable for indirect damages, for disputes between a guest and an owner, or for any losses resulting from misuse of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by email, and your continued use means that you accept the updated terms.
